Oscar is an Associate Attorney at Xavier Law Firm, where he brings decades of legal and business experience to serve clients with dedication and a practical, results-driven approach. His practice primarily focuses on family law, where he provides thoughtful guidance and strong advocacy during complex and sensitive matters.
Oscar earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at Austin in 1981, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio in 1988. He later pursued his legal education at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in Fort Worth, now Texas A&M University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1994.
Before entering the legal profession, Oscar built a strong foundation in the financial sector, with experience in personal and business lending as well as private equity investing. His legal career has centered primarily on family law, and he has also served as an attorney for a large PC manufacturing company, working within its supply chain group. Prior to joining Xavier Law Firm, he successfully managed his own law practice for ten years.
Outside of his professional work, Oscar is actively involved in the community, volunteering with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. He also enjoys working out and spending quality time with his daughters and grandchild.
