An Attorney Devoted to the Well-Being of His Community
At the early age of 15, Xavier Chavez arrived to the United States from South America. From 1981 until 1984 he served in the U.S. Navy, serving with distinction.
Not long after that, he became a Real Estate Broker in the South of California, where he helped the immigrant community to firmly establish its presence in the United States by means of home ownership.
In 1987, Xavier went back to school in order to become an attorney. It is noteworthy that he paid for his own education, studied full-time, and continued working as a Real Estate Broker, all at the same time.
He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate from California State University. After that, Xavier attended Harvard University, where he finally obtained his Juris Doctor Degree.
Education: California State University, 1991, Harvard Law School, 1994
